Clear about what we clean.

We don’t use “cleaning” loosely. We wipe exposed sills, but a quick wipe is not a thorough track cleaning. We explain that difference before you book.

How Jim approaches the work

Jim focuses on residential window cleaning in the St. George area and usually handles the cleaning himself. His approach starts with looking at the property and discussing the work.

When access is awkward or a screen may be difficult to remove, he talks it through with you first. He explains where he needs your help; for a difficult screen, you decide whether to proceed after discussing the removal risk.

Lodge windows at the North Rim and Bryce Canyon

For close to 15 years, a big part of Busy B's year was national park work. Jim cleaned lodge windows on the Grand Canyon's North Rim and at Bryce Canyon: old wood-framed panes, log and stone walls, and snow on the ground for part of the season.

Jim and Bree now focus on homes around St. George. The habit from the lodge work comes with them. Jim looks at the glass before he quotes it, and he tells you plainly what he will and won't clean.
