Big buildings are not new to us
For close to 15 years, a large share of Busy B's work was at national park lodges on the Grand Canyon's North Rim and at Bryce Canyon. That meant old wood-framed panes, log and stone walls, and a lot of glass. Jim brings the same habits to offices and storefronts in St. George.

How is commercial work priced?
We assess the property in person at no charge before quoting. The $75 job minimum applies; the final quote depends on the building and scope.
Is this the same as construction cleanup?
We focus on routine window cleaning. Post-construction window cleanup is not a regular service we offer.
Do you clean window tracks?
We wipe the exposed sills when we clean interior windows. We do not offer window track cleaning. Cleaning tracks properly takes more than a quick wipe: vacuuming, removing packed red dirt, vacuuming again and wiping several times. We don’t call it track cleaning unless we do that work. If you would like the tracks cleaned, please clean them yourself or arrange a housecleaning company before our visit. Red dirt in the tracks becomes harder to remove once it gets wet during window cleaning.
