Give the red-rock view your attention.
Red Mountain and nearby Snow Canyon are what people remember about Ivins. Snow Canyon’s sandstone cliffs and lava flows bring different colors and textures to the desert setting. If your home has a view toward the rock, clean glass helps you enjoy it. A window onto your own courtyard deserves the same attention.
Big views start with a look at the glass.
Picture windows and high panes can be the ones you most want cleaned and the hardest to reach yourself. We look at those windows up close before we quote, including how we'd get to them. Tell us whether marks appear on the inside or outside, and show us any spots that concern you. Jim will check whether the marks can be addressed with routine cleaning and explain the price before you book.
- Include large picture windows and high glass in the walkthrough.
- Point out marks that remain after ordinary washing.
- Ask about interior glass if film is visible from the room.

Before you book
in Ivins.
Talk with Jim and Bree about your windows and your free estimate.
Can you assess large or high windows in Ivins?
Yes. We look at the actual windows and access during a free on-site estimate, then confirm the work and price.
Will a normal clean remove every spot?
Not necessarily. Show us persistent marks during the estimate. The condition of the glass needs to be assessed before we can explain what cleaning can achieve.
Can I ask about solar panels at the same time?
Yes. Busy B also offers solar panel cleaning. Mention the panels when you call so we can assess that work and quote it separately from the windows.
Do you clean window tracks?
We wipe the exposed sills when we clean interior windows. We do not offer window track cleaning. Cleaning tracks properly takes more than a quick wipe: vacuuming, removing packed red dirt, vacuuming again and wiping several times. We don’t call it track cleaning unless we do that work. If you would like the tracks cleaned, please clean them yourself or arrange a housecleaning company before our visit. Red dirt in the tracks becomes harder to remove once it gets wet during window cleaning.
