Our window-cleaning jobs average $170, with a $75 minimum. The number of panes, glass condition, height, access and selected options affect your price. We come out for a free on-site estimate so you know the cost for your actual job.

More glass takes more time. A large home with a lot of windows costs more, and so do high or hard-to-reach panes. Bigger homes in Stone Cliff, for example, can run $500 to $600. The free on-site estimate gives you the price for your home.

We serve St. George, Washington, Washington Fields, Bloomington Hills, Bloomington, Sun River, Ivins, Santa Clara and Hurricane. Call to arrange a free on-site estimate for your property.

The right frequency depends on dust exposure, weather and how clear you like your view. Many customers choose every three to four months. Discuss a suitable schedule during your estimate.

Screen cleaning is optional and separately priced. Jim rinses screens with water through a nozzle. Request it when arranging your free estimate so we can include the screens you want cleaned.

We wipe the exposed sills when we clean interior windows. We do not offer window track cleaning. Cleaning tracks properly takes more than a quick wipe: vacuuming, removing packed red dirt, vacuuming again and wiping several times. We don’t call it track cleaning unless we do that work. If you would like the tracks cleaned, please clean them yourself or arrange a housecleaning company before our visit. Red dirt in the tracks becomes harder to remove once it gets wet during window cleaning.

If the forecast chance of rain is 20% or higher, Busy B calls to ask whether you would prefer to reschedule. The appointment is not automatically canceled. Busy B does not offer a rain guarantee.
