Desert color beyond the fairways.
SunRiver Golf Club sits in the Virgin River Valley, surrounded by desert scenery. The green fairways and the color of the surrounding land give this part of St. George its own outlook. Whether you look onto the course or your own patio, clean windows keep the glass from distracting from the view.
One visit now, or a plan to keep the view clear.
Tell us how your windows look between cleanings and how often you would like them attended to. We can discuss a one-time clean or a repeat schedule during the estimate. Ask about screen washing, too. Sill wiping is included when we clean interior windows.
- Point out the windows and patio-door glass you use every day.
- Tell us whether this is a one-time request or ongoing care.
- Have tracks cleaned before our visit if you would like that separate work done.
Cleaning services for your property.
Before you book
in Sun River.
Talk with Jim and Bree about your windows and your free estimate.
Do you clean windows in the SunRiver community?
Yes. Sun River is within our service area. Call Jim and Bree or select Sun River on the estimate form.
Can we discuss repeat visits?
Yes. Discuss your preferred frequency with us. The right interval depends on the property and how you like your windows to look; scheduling is agreed with you.
Is the estimate free in Sun River?
Yes. We offer free on-site estimates. Cleaning jobs have a $75 minimum, and we explain the price for the work before you decide.
Do you clean window tracks?
We wipe the exposed sills when we clean interior windows. We do not offer window track cleaning. Cleaning tracks properly takes more than a quick wipe: vacuuming, removing packed red dirt, vacuuming again and wiping several times. We don’t call it track cleaning unless we do that work. If you would like the tracks cleaned, please clean them yourself or arrange a housecleaning company before our visit. Red dirt in the tracks becomes harder to remove once it gets wet during window cleaning.
